The Perfect Cheesecake Recipe
This recipe, which has been a long time coming, is finally ready to share.
After sharing a few cheesecake variations in the past, including my No-Bake Cheesecake, it took a lot of testing to develop the perfect classic version with just cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
We’re skipping the water bath because I’ve always found it unnecessary for cheesecakes, and if you cook yours at a low temperature and follow my tips, you’ll achieve a perfectly creamy and crack-less cheesecake without the hassle.
