Ingredients

- 300ml double cream, chilled
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
- Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated
- Fresh blueberries and raspberries (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the sponge layer
- Break or cut sponge cake into small, bite-sized pieces. Arrange evenly at the bottom of your clear glass trifle dish.
Drizzle with limoncello
