Barbecue Little Smokies with just 2-ingredients
These Barbecue Little Smokies are the easiest appetizer you can make! They require no prep and only two ingredients, taking just seconds to assemble.
There’s something incredibly addictive about Little Smokies cooked in Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce. Once you start eating them, it’s hard to stop at just one—more like a dozen!
The best part? You can whip up a batch in minutes whenever the craving hits. I recommend making a big batch to share.
Sweet Baby Ray’s is my go-to barbecue sauce (as mentioned in previous posts). If you have a favorite barbecue sauce, feel free to let me know!
Barbecue Little Smokies are a hit for Game Days like March Madness or the Super Bowl. They’re also perfect for birthday parties—what kid doesn’t love a tiny hot dog on a toothpick? Super festive!
Once, I paired them with Boursin Mashed Potatoes and called it dinner: Bangers & Mash, American style. It was delicious!
Now, let’s get to the “recipe.” As you’ll see in the pictures, it’s incredibly simple!
Cooking Methods:
On the Stove Top: Just add the Little Smokies and barbecue sauce to a pan and heat through.
In a Crock Pot: Combine the Little Smokies and barbecue sauce in a slow cooker. (If you need a crock pot, I’ve been using mine since 2009 and love it!)
This recipe is easy to double or triple, which is great if you find yourself snacking on them quickly before the game even starts!
Oops! It can happen to anyone.
