Apple Pie Sangria is a light, refreshing, and delicious Caramel Apple Sangria that’s perfect for any fall gathering. This easy recipe is always a hit at parties! Made with apple cider, caramel vodka, white wine, ginger ale, and more, we like to call it Thanksgiving Sangria because it captures the essence of autumn in a glass. While we have sangria recipes for every occasion, this one is our favorite!
Ingredients

- 2 bottles standard-sized white table wine or Pinot Grigio
- 5 cups fresh apple cider
- 1 cup of caramel vodka (or make your own style Apple Pie Vodka!)
- 4 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
- 2 pears, chopped
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups ginger ale
Instructions
- Cut the fruit and place it in the bottom of your pitcher or jug.
- Combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks.
- Stir well to mix everything together.
- Let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- About 1 hour before serving, add the cinnamon sticks.
- Stir again.
- Just before serving, add the ginger ale and stir.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
